We have come so close to goal and sincerely thank every single one of you for sharing and donating so generously!

Kelly does have some updates she wanted me to share!

After a few complications and an ER trip she was finally doing well and beginning to feel like herself post surgery. Because of your generosity she allowed herself the time needed to heal.

Unfortunately she has had a pretty major setback.

Kelly was driving to her 4 week follow up

appointment last Saturday and was involved in an automobile accident which has possibly totaled her car. Kelly is sore and bruised from head to toe, both physically and emotionally. As she is self employed and owns a mobile cleaning company you can imagine the emotional impact and financial drain she is facing.

In addition to her ongoing medical care and healing after surgery she must begin easing into work, manage home and children, purchase a vehicle and now find a new home rental as hers is being put on the market.

Kelly feels defeated and completely overwhelmed.

And so…

I ask her community and friends, that she holds so close to her heart, to please share this go fund me as our girl continues to need support. And by share I mean wallpaper social media! And please know that no donation is considered small. $1,$5,$10, any and all are appreciated.

Cancer sucks.

It just does.

But it really sucks when it hits home.

My name is Alli D and I’m asking for monetary donations for my dear friend Kelly who is facing cancer head on. Though it is in the early stages, the type of cancer she has is extremely aggressive. So my best friend since 6th grade has to have an intense surgery with 6 weeks of mandatory recovery.

Meaning no income for 6weeks.

We all know that this time of the years is extremely difficult for the seasonal workers in all of the resort coastal towns. Kelly has been lucky enough to build her business to round out the winter months but due to the rapid diagnosis and treatment plan she had no idea she’d have to save 2 months rent/utilities, not to mentions food for her and her two boys.

I know times are tough and she hates to ask but any little bit helps.

Our hope is to raise $6000 to cover her basic needs (rent, utilities&groceries) so that she can devote her energy to recovering fully.
