Please help Oscar Bird

Oscar Newton Bird III has lived in Mountain Park for 35 years, and is a beloved member of the community. He does yard maintenance and is an avid bird watcher. He had a stroke on January 10th, 2021 which has left him unable to work due to almost total vision loss. He is a Vietnam veteran who served with the 199th Light Infantry Brigade.  The 'Red Catchers'.  combat infantry. His son Chad has come into town from San Diego to help out for a little while. He has gotten re-enrolled with the VA which will help going forward, but does not help with the current bills. Thank you for any help you can provide, God bless.
