Please help our baby Ransom

Hi, our names are Kaylee and Hope. We are asking ANYONE for ANY bit of help possible for our French Bulldog, Ransom. He is dealing with issues such as heart failure and fluid in his lungs and it is going to cost us over $3000 to be able to help our poor baby. He is just one year old.
