Please help Ms. Lilit’s mother fight cancer

Dear friends and family,

This fundraiser is set up to help offset the cost of medical expenses that is being incurred by one of our favorite preschool teacher, Ms. Lilit. Her mother was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. She will be starting her chemotherapy treatment in the upcoming months, but this aggressive cancer has already spread to her liver. Although the sudden news of her mother’s cancer diagnosis has caused immense sorrow, fear, and anxiety for Ms. Lilit, you would never know the hardships she is going through because she always greets and teaches our children with positive energy and a big smile every day.

Ms. Lilit is also the sole caretaker of her mother as the rest of her siblings currently reside in Armenia. As her mother’s caretaker, Ms. Lilit must take time off from work to take her mother to doctor appointments and treatments for an uncertain amount of time. For many years, Ms. Lilit has dedicated her life to teaching, loving and taking care of our children like her own. This is our opportunity to lessen her financial burden, and show our appreciation for how much she has cared for our children.

All funds raised will go directly towards medical treatment for Ms. Lilit’s ailing mother and provide financial support for when Ms. Lilit will have to take unexpected leave from work to take her mother to medical appointments and treatment.
