Please Help Our Family, Dire need of Help

I have had many ask us to set up a go fund me page. <3

My Family & I are in dire need of help.

We were finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel, things were getting better

for our family, we were getting close to our goals.

then start of September, My Husband Brandon & Trevor ( Nyx )

went to the store, and were hit by a Semi.

at Traffic light behind the trucker, trucker decides to change directions,

backs up with no warning, no signal backed up on to our van.

the out side looks better than the inside, but it is totaled.

the truck driver even offered a bribe to Brandon of $1,500.oo

if he had not of called the cops, Brandon said no .

The Truck Driver didn't even get a ticket.

So after info and every thing was exchanged.

It took them forever to get us a rental, we both loss days at work

and wages.

the truckers insurance company has been beating around the Bush this whole time,

trying to get out of everything.

We no longer have rental, so we now again have no transportation to get to and from work.

No Transportation = No way to Work = No Money for Bills = we could be

Homeless in 2 months or less. We seriously do not want to loose every thing we have worked so

hard for.

The Truckers Insurance company settlement offer is so Low that it would not even get us a

Normal size car, let alone the size Brandon needs to keep doing his side hustle.

The Truckers Insurance Company has yet, to mention paying for Loss of wages, Pain and suffering,

any type of compensation for our Son, which this did effect is schooling and school work a bit.

Yes, We have a Lawyer - But the Lawyer is not doing their job, so if any one knows a good lawyer that specializes in this please message us, we have called so many already.

This also effected me getting to and from work and I also have loss of wages.

Our Van is totaled and after the fact Both my Son & Husband are realizing they do have some

injuries from accident which are being cared for.

As well this mess caused us to be a little short on rent this month ( this is the first time being short

on rent in over 4 years, hoping we will be able to make rent and bills for this month n next month)

we are struggling hard to keep a roof over our head, can't even pay our bills we still have, not knowing if we can pay them next month, we are pretty low on food, We are literally begging any one we can for transportation to and from work.

the amount we are asking, ALL of it will be added to what ever amount we get from the settlement to help us get a new vehicle, and towards our survival , like food , bills etc.

Please Our Family is in Dire need of help.
