Please help our family in our moment of loss and grief

To our dear relatives and friends,

On Sept. 10, my wife Joy died from sepsis and frequent seizures which left her brain severely damaged. There is a viewing on Sept. 27. She will be cremated the following day.

The past several weeks have been the most difficult for my family and that includes our children Joyce and Joanel. The hospital spoke to us about my wife’s ’end of life’ and strongly suggested a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate), a decision which is very hard for us to accept.

While our children are both adults (34 years old and 22 years old), it was hard for them to accept their mother is gone forever.

Our 22 years old son is a special child and very close to his mom.
