Please help our friends Abby and Jake

UPDATE September 4th

Update on Abby's current situation, It's not the news we were hoping for. She is still unable to come home. Her platelet count is high her hemoglobin is low. She is requiring another blood transfusion and they are worried about blood clots and the bleeding she is still having. Thank you to everyone for your support and prayers for Abby,Jake and Reese... lets hope they get this figured out and she comes home soon.

On monday August 16th Abby was admitted to Halifax Hospital. She has Crohns disease and they're in the process of testing for more serious ailments. She has a 14 month old son with her boyfriend Jake. They usually worked opposite shifts so one of them was always home with the baby. We don't know when they're going to let her go home. Abby was unable to work even before the hospitalization because she was so ill. They are struggling to pay their bills and now Jake is unable to work because he is home with the baby. They just need help with bills until she and Jake can get back to work. Anything that you can give would be much appreciated to help them stay afloat. Thank you
