Hi, we have a very dear girlfriend who is in desperate need of our help. For years now seeing the dire need to help others, she knew she had to do something to help those who couldn't help themselves. So over a period of time and talking with the various local charities determined who was the most in need, as well as those local agencies that might be able to assist her in helping them. It quickly became her life's work and we want to help her continue helping others so that she can carry being the Angel she is to the people in need and the lives she touches.
Lori is and amazingly selfless person who tirelessly helps out so many local citizens including: homeless people, LGBTQ2 people, First Nations people and the SPCA all out of the goodness of her heart. Every thing she does and gifts to all these people is free off charge. She uses her own car and gas to pick up and deliver clothing, household items, or food that she collects from the various nonprofit groups she works with and brought together. Community organizations like: Ask Wellness, First Nations, The Mustard Seed, Salvation Army, the SPCA and the RCMP (who call her as an advocate) when someone she's worked with is injured or dead. She is basically on call 24/7. She does all this and expects nothing in return. Lori herself lives off of what she receives from a disability that she has that covers her basic needs. She is the most caring and compassionate individual we have ever had the good fortune to meet.
Sadly, the suite she was renting was recently flooded which forced her to move all her belongings, clothes shoes, accessories into her car which was later stolen along with everything she owned. There have been delays in her receiving the minimal amount of insurance she had resulting in her own funds quickly becoming exhausted. Now not only can she not do here job helping others, she has now become homeless herself. So we are setting up this Go Fund Me page and hopefully through the goodness of your hearts Lori's life's work and her compassion for helping other can continue. We thank you from the bottom of hearts for Helping our Helper.
Yours truly,
