As many of you know, Katie collapsed while working out on 2/4/19 due to an AVM rupturing in her brain which caused her to have a severe stroke. She was immediately transferred to Loyola Medical Center that day & underwent a series of tests, CTs, angiograms, & then on 2/8/19 she underwent a 10hr brain surgery to correct the AVM. When Katie’s surgery was over she was showing very positive signs. To our dismay later that evening all signs of responding to commands had stopped. Katie has had several CT scans since & her brain activity is good which is very very positive. Then yesterday, she did show some positive signs although minimal, we will take it!! We know she has a long long road ahead of her. But thanks to ALL of your prayers & positive thoughts she will wake up soon so please don’t stop.
Katie, is the beautiful wife of Adam Seidler, & wonderful mother to her girls Addy & Paisley. She is the loving daughter of Theresa Neville Roe & Todd Enger, daughter-in-law to Maryann & Jeff.... Also sister/best friend to Lauren, Sarah, Jeremy, Carli, Matt & Danny. Not to mention her grandmothers & numerous aunts, uncles, & cousins & so so many friends that are alll awaiting her to open those Beautiful Eyes. This tragedy has obviously put a strain on her family especially her Adam, who has been traveling back & forth between Katie & the girls.
Please Please help in anyway you can to try to relieve some of the financial burden , as far as any unpaid medical bills, bills at home , household items, anything the girls may need & gas money to help get back & fourth, while Katie is recovering. Every little bit counts.
