Please help our Laila with her battle with cancer

Laila is a 12 year old imaginative, creative, incredible young girl whose life was put on hold a year ago when, after being missed initially, she was given the devastating diagnosis of osteosarcoma in her knee.

Osteosarcoma is an incredibly aggressive cancer of the bone, mainly in children.

After three gruelling months of chemotherapy the day came of her operation to remove the tumour, 27 centimetres of her thigh bone and knee were removed in the hopes this would rid this awful disease for good.

Since October 2022 Laila has been painstakingly learning to walk again alongside continuing her chemo until the day came in May this year when she was given the all clear.

We threw Laila a surprise party for her to be surrounded by her family and friends to celebrate her amazing news.

Laila has since been visiting Sheffield once a week to receive immunotherapy.

Five months after the all clear and after being missed yet again at a routine check at the beginning of October, we have received the absolutely heartbreaking news that Lailas cancer has returned.

Our girl is exhausted but is so amazingly strong and ready to fight again

In this desperate time, we are turning to your kind hearts to help her.

Donations will all go toward Lailas medical expenses and potential experimental treatments to give Laila the biggest fighting chance

We also want to give Laila the freedom to use some of the money as she wishes to create incredible memories and experience everything and anything she can think of.
