Please help our pup Zeus

Hi my name is Nicholas and this is my dog Zeus and this morning he went outside to use the bathroom and he ran off. Zeus was only gone for 5 minutes and when we were out looking for him we heard several gunshots. Shortly after that we saw him trying to walk back home but he was scared and extremely hurt so he hid under a vehicle near by. We ran to him and called for help immediately. He was transported to a near by Veterinary Hospital where he underwent surgery for his injuries. He was shot twice in the head and somehow is alive. One bullet went in and out of the his head on the jaw line. The second bullet was between the eyes at the top of his snout, and was lodged in the back of his throat, where they were able to extract 2/3 of the bullet, leaving 1/3 of the bullet fragment in him. We are extremely worried about him, and if he will pull through. We would appreciate any help at all with the upcoming medical bills that are to come for his full recovery. This is an open ongoing investigation, and we do not have any information on who shot our dog, but will update as they come.
