Please help our puppy Zoe recover

Zoe was returned to us on Sunday 2/4 after she was stolen from our frontyard on Tuesday 1/30. Our family is so happy to have her back.
Zoe is now very sick. She has a high fever that is not coming down, she lost weight, she was very dehydrated. She doesn't move anymore. Most of the time she stays hidden in her little tipi house, she often moans and cries when she sleeps or when we try to pick her up.
We think she was abused by her dognappers, and she was probably left in a park a few days when temps dipped closed to zero degrees in Denver.
We have taken her 3 times to the veterinarian, and will need more visits. Because of her trauma, we have treated her at home and tried to avoid hospitalizing her as long as the veterinarians said she was stable, but it is likely she will need to be hospitalized if she doesn't improve soon.
Thank you very much for the support you gave us after she got dognapped. We hope you can help us with the medical costs to get Zoe better. Any money received beyond the costs incurred would go towards local animal shelters.
