Please Help Our Sweet BUDDY the Cat Get Urgent Medical Care
Donation protected

Hi, my name is Patsy and our sweet Buddy the cat and his brother SnoBro lost their human mom to cancer 7 years ago at the young age of 42. His human grandma took him and his brother in as long as she could until she had to rehome them due to allergies. When she found an old friend to take them in, 4 hours later, a vet called and said that SnowBro didn’t make it for reasons unknown, so grandma drove hours away and picked up Buddy and brought him back home.
With that, a few months go by and grandma reaches out to my friend and my friend reaches out to me to see if I can help find him a good home. We ended up taking him in back in mid-June of 2024. He’s a delight. He purrs nonstop, literally all the time, he craves our attention and is such a chatty 11-year-old Tonkinese with so much love to give.
Unfortunately, the last few days have been tough. He hasn’t been his talkative self, he isn’t eating or drinking, and he is lethargic and very sick. I am embarrassed to write this but I know Buddy deserves a fighting chance. His human mom and brother are watching over him. We are at the ER and Buddy is in critical condition with expenses we are currently unable to cover for at the moment.
The funds donated will go directly to his care which include: Emergency Consult and Exam, Complete Blood Count & Differential (CBC), Total T4 - Catalyst (in-house), Biochemical General Profile (Chem 17), Blood gas, electrolytes, metabolic- EPOC, Subcutaneous Fluids (Less than 500 ml), needles, tubing, etc, Injections for Estimate, Medications to go home (estimate), Abdominal Radiograph Study ER, Radiologist Review - STAT.
