Please help our sweet Labrador Braley

Hi, my name is Chris Gruttemeyer and am writing on behalf of our 10-year-old Labrador Retriever, Braley, who has two massive growths that I believe need to be surgically removed. Braley has been a wonderful pet and has been a part of our family since she was about 7 weeks old. Braley has grown up alongside our only son, Brandon, and is his best friend and companion. Braley has developed two growths, which I believe are benign and common to the breed. Until recently they have been relatively small and didn't seem to interfere with her daily life or mobility and haven't caused any apparent discomfort. However, they have recently become massive and the larger one has now become ulcerated and raw due to constant rubbing whenever she lays down (somewhat like a blister).
Unfortunately, our family has been experiencing very difficult financial times for the better part of the last six years. I lost my job in finance three times between 2009 and 2015 and we lost our home in 2018. I have been working in home improvement and remodelling since 2016 and my wife has been working in a clerical position for a non-profit for the past two years. We are now living with family members and still unable to make basic ends meet. As a result, we have not had the financial resources to bring Braley to the vet and have these growths evaluated. I believe they have grown so large that they will ultimately need to be surgically removed, which is simply not possible given our current financial situation.
While I don't know for sure how much this will ultimately cost to have these growths removed, my research indicates the cost can be as much as $1,500 per growth, so I have set a goal of $3,000. This may not even be enough as the growth are so massive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much!
