Please Help Paige! Broken Shard Garden flooding

Hello all,

If you know Paige you know I had to force her to let me make this GoFundMe. She doesn't like asking people for financial assistance but as you can see from the pictures her garden plots (like many other farms at The Intervale) were devastated by the flooding in Vermont. The few things left alive are coated in river mud and will struggle to bounce back. Paige had been building her bulb stock for a few years and seeds most of her flowers by hand in her apartment before moving things to the garden, and unfortunately all of that work has been lost (including all of her dahlias, which is particularly heartbreaking). Because of the nature of agriculture, farmers front-load their costs and make them up in the late summer and fall from farmers market sales. The flooding hit the week before Paige's first market and left her without anything to sell for the majority (if not all) of the season.

If you have enjoyed Paige's flowers, either in person or on her expertly curated Instagram, please consider donating to her flood relief fund. Or if you can't, please share! She works incredibly hard on her small business in addition to her day job and it will take a group effort to get her garden business back on its feet. The relief funds will go directly to Paige and be put towards replacing bulbs, seeds, and garden equipment, GoFundMe fees, and if by some miracle we surpass our goal the rest will be donated to other farm relief funds in the area.
