As many of you may have heard by now, my father, Patrick Van Horn, suffered a severe stroke on Saturday while out on his boat with his family.

He was rushed to the hospital where he underwent emergency surgery to remove the large clot from the back of his brain that caused the stroke - the doctor’s told us he had less than a 50/50 chance to survive this procedure. Miraculously, It went much better than expected and was mostly a success; however, he isn’t out of the woods quite yet.

My father has a long road to recovery ahead of him with many weeks, months, possibly years of rehabilitation coming his way.

I created this go fund me out of love to my father and my family would be eternally grateful for any contributions you can make to help lighten the financial burdens his treatments will cost.

Anyone that knows him knows just how hardworking, loving, and loyal he is as a son, father, husband, and especially as a friend to us all. Please keep him in your prayers as he fights to get better.
