It is with a heavy heart that I have to say that my brother passed away yesterday. Carlos was only 17 years old and had huge plans for his future. Carlos was determined to receive his high school diploma and attend the Universal Technical Institute. His dream was to become a professional mechanic with a focus on diesel trucks.
