Please help Raul Diaz in his battle with Cancer

Hi all! My name is Gabriella Salas and I created this fundraiser for Raul Diaz and his family on behalf of my best friend Rochelle Diaz.

 

On April 4, 2022, Raul Diaz was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal and neuroendocrine carcinoma at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Nasopharyngeal cancer is a rare type of head and neck cancer. Fewer than one in every 100,000 people in the U.S. gets this type of cancer. With the grace of God, Raul has begun his first couple of rounds of chemo, but he has a long road ahead of him.

 

Raul is the main provider for his family and because of his diagnosis, he is not able to work. As you can imagine this diagnosis has forever altered the course of his life, his wife Rina Diaz, and his two daughters Ritchelle and Rochelle Diaz. Raul is a great friend, a devoted husband, and an incredible dad. I'm humbly asking for contributions to assist the Diaz family in this difficult and challenging time for what lies ahead. Any amount is greatly appreciated and goes directly to the family.

 

By contributing to this fundraiser, you will be helping his family with the medical bills along with the costs of travel and accommodations needed to get treatment in Houston, TX.
