Please Help Riley Silzer :)

This is my 5 year old niece Riley Silzer.  Her world was turned upside down in April after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes two weeks after receiving her pre-kindergarten immunizations.  She spent 3 days in the Hospital.  Riley's pancreas no longer produces insulin on its own. She  now takes 4 insulin shots a day and has to be monitored all day and night to make sure her blood sugar is not to high or low. This disease is life threatening. If she misses her insulin, she can go into a diabetic coma.  Riley is now also more prone to other autoimmune diseases.  My brother Jim and his wife LuAnn are devastated and will stop at nothing to try and cure their precious little girl of this awful disease.  Riley will be undergoing an aggressive stem cell medical procedure.  It can not be done in the US and they will be traveling out of the country for it.   Riley's stem cell medical procedure will cost my brother's family $25,000 and their medical insurance will not cover any of it.  This treatment will hopefully give Riley the chance to live life like a normal 5 year old child again.  My brother would give the shirt off his back for anyone and everyone that knows him knows this.
