Please Help Ryne Kirkland with Medical Expenses

Hi friends and family of Ryne Kirkland. I am Taylor (Kirkland) Sims, Ryne's oldest sister, hoping to reach out to all the amazing friends and family who have outpoured their thoughts, prayers, and positives vibes during this traumatic time for Ryne and his family.

Ryne was performing in a rodeo when a bull caught him in the left side of his face with its horn, splitting his eyeball in half, breaking his nose, cheekbone, along with fracturing 22 different places on the left side of his face. He was life flighted to Duluth, MN Trauma Center where he underwent a 4.5 hour surgery. They were miraculously able to save his eyeball but the chance of him ever having vision in that eye is almost obsolete. They have met with the plastic surgeon and will be having reconstructive surgery to his face. Additional surgeries to his eye will more than likely happen in the near future to hopefully regain some vision in his left eye.

As one can imagine, this kind of trauma will be life-altering for Ryne and his family. Additional surgeries and medical expenses will continue to accrue on this long road of physical and mental recovery. Any help offered will be immensely appreciated at this time, whether it be monetary assistance or continued thoughts and prayers. Ryne currently resides in Minneapolis, MN with his two sons, Greyson (10) and Beckham (7 months) and his beautiful fiance Brianna. Ryne is a Veteran of the US Air Force, having served three deployments during his service and was employed with the Pickens County Sheriff Office as a deputy. Recently, Ryne started his own furniture-making business (Kirkland & Sons), where he specializes in farm-house style furniture.
