Nuestra amiga Nok necesita ayuda. No puede permitirse pagar una operación de riñón que salvará su vida.
Muchos de los que habéis pasado por Koh Phanghan, sobretodo los que os alojasteis en casa de Keny, Santa y Emmy, la recordareis como la mujer de la lavandería, siempre ayudándonos con cualquier trámite, además de cuidarnos como si fuéramos familia.
Nok vivió en Koh Phanghan muchos años, y ahora mismo se encuentra en un pequeño pueblo cerca de la frontera tailandesa con Laos.
Por desgracia la sanidad en Tailandia no es gratuita y cualquier intervención médica requiere una cantidad exagerada de dinero que la mayoría de locales no se puede permitir.
Esta en nuestra mano ayudarla, una pequeña aportación de cada uno de nosotros puede salvar su vida.

Our friend Nok needs help. She can’t afford the kidney surgery that will save her life.
Many of you that have travelled through Koh Phanghan, specially the ones that stayed at Keny, Santa and Emmy’s house, will remember her has the launderette woman, always helping us with any issues that arose and treating us like her own family.
Nok lived in Koh Phanghan for many years, and at the moment she’s living in a small town close the the Thai-Laos border.
Unfortunately, Thai health care is not free, and any small intervention will require a massive sum of money that the majority of the local population can’t afford.
This is our opportunity to help her, a small input from each one of us can save her life.
