Please Help Sal Mauro...Let's kick Cancer's Ass!

My name is Ivy and I am reaching out on behalf of my very dear and loving family friend. Sal Mauro is a 25 year old Staten Islander, who is currently undergoing treatment for Cutaneous Clear Cell Sarcoma. Cutaneous Clear Cell Sarcoma is a Rare Aggressive Tumor that affects the skin and tissues, and causes much pain. Eight months ago, Sal and his family heard the words "You have Cancer." Since then, this strong, brave, kind, and hard working young man has been enduring chemotherapy and radiation treatments to the point where his body is so weak and can longer stand the treatments.

Sal is the neighbor on our block who always reaches out with a big hello and enjoys playing ball with the kids outside. When my daughter Jazzy sees Sal, her face always lights up because she knows he will play ball with her, or help her out some way. Sal worked as a successful cars salesman, and is loved and respected by all of his colleagues. Since his treatment began, he was no longer able to work and has since been restricted to his bed. To know Sal and his parents is to know love. When you see this family, they spread kindness wherever they go. Their family only wants to give back to their community and never expects anything in return. A handout is not something they are accustomed to, however, paying back to what they have paid forward to others would be a blessing right now. Please help to support this loving family!
