Please help Sammy who has a deep melting ulcer.

Sammy, our senior dog, had an ulcer in his eye for a while. Suddenly, he began scratching at it, and soon after, it completely shut. It became swollen, red, and extremely painful for Sammy. The poor guy already has so many health issues; this, on top of being diabetic, having Cushing's disease, and pancreatitis, is just too much. We rushed him to the doctor as soon as possible, where he was sadly diagnosed with a deep melting ulcer. This is a condition where the cornea dissolves, either due to bacteria or the proteins within the cornea itself. Melting ulcers are regarded as emergencies that may require immediate surgery and potentially the removal of the eye. 2024 is really bearing down on us. Would you please help us help Sammy?
