Please help!! San Felipe Dog Rescue, Baja Mexico

Hello friends, family and dog lovers! This is my first time initiating a fundraiser and I am doing so for an organization San Felipe Dog Rescue (SFDR) that recently touched my heart. SFDR is an organization in a San Felipe, Baja Mexico and they are truly wonderful. We often go to San Felipe to visit my mom and Wayne. Making this trip is always a blast but seeing the faces of the dogs along the road is something I cannot forget and don't want to ignore. My sister Diana and I discovered SFDR when they quickly responded to our plea for help on FB back in April. We rescued a dog off the street that we thought was dying. She was suffering from severe dehydration and mange and was in pretty bad shape. Even though SFDR was/is above full capacity, they took her in and gave her the medications she needed to feel better and have a chance at a happy life. "Jade" is healthy and safe now, and is just a sweetheart. This is just one story of many rescues this organization does.

SFDR is in desperate need of resources, especially during the hot summer months. On their website you’ll see the stories of rescues and dogs being dumped on the hot road outside their gates. It is heartbreaking. They need our help!! I’m hoping to help them immediately as they are busting at the seams and are way above their capacity.
