Please help save a life in need of kidney transpla

Hi, my name is Adetutu and I am raising fund for my immediate younger brother back in Africa for a kidney transplant. The unpleasant journey started in September 2022 when he started falling sick consistently. On the 3rd of December it was discovered that he had come down with a severe high blood pressure. The high blood pressure was being managed until April 2023 when it became complicated and diagnostically discovered he had developed kidney disease. This was devastating for me, as at today December 2nd 2023, his two kidneys are barely functioning with the latest result showing creatimine(serum)1080.05 urmol/L(53-115) estimated GFR(CKDEP)9. Since April of 2023 he has been on dialysis twice a week which has been extremely financially draining for the family. We have exhausted all we have and doctors have recommended a kidney transplant which will cost between 20-25 million Naira.

We can not afford this and I couldn't think of any other means to help save my brother's life. My family and I appreciate you all as you help save a life.
