Please help save Abdinasir's life

A few months ago, our beloved cousin Abdinasir Salaad was told that he would need to undergo Liver Transplant Surgery due to Hepatopulmonary Syndrome, a disease that has a life expectancy of up to two years without a liver transplant.
Abdinasir is currently at Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad, India awaiting this life-saving operation with his brother who has already been deemed a suitable donor for the procedure. Unfortunately, the cost of this procedure is financially out of reach for our family, and we are desperately seeking assistance to save Abdinasir's life.
Abdinasir has had to relocate to India from Somalia in order to receive adequate medical care, so the living costs on top of hospital bills have been steep. Total bills for the initial hospital evaluation, work-up, liver transplant surgery for patient & donor, and accommodation are estimated to be $75,000 AUD (or $50,000 USD) - which is far beyond our means. The money raised will be sent directly to his immediate family via bank transfer in order to heal his ailment as soon as possible.
Abdinasir is a loving and devoted husband, and a father to four little girls and the thought of leaving them behind is too much to bear. He is a hardworking, kind, dedicated, black, Muslim who has always put his family first, and it is now our turn to do the same for him.
