Please help save Amy's smile

This is my beautiful big sister, Amy. (Doesn't she have a great smile?!) A few days ago Amy had a pretty terrible fall. She landed face first onto cement. Along with scraping up her face, she also chipped and knocked her teeth out of place. I could post pictures, but they're not fun to look at, so I'll spare you. Amy needs surgery which entails manipulating her teeth back in place and then wiring them together. This procedure, along with the E.R. bill, is estimated to cost $7,000.  Amy is a single mom with two kids and zero insurance. I don't usually ask people for money but I can't help Amy by myself. So, here I am appealing to the generosity and good nature of my friends, family and perfect strangers. If you feel moved to do so, will you please help Amy get her smile back?
