Please Help Save Frankie, my bestfriend

Hi everyone, my name is Victoria, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart. My beloved dog, Frankie, is in desperate need of emergency surgery due to swallowing a large amount of yarn. I was crocheting in bed, stupidly fell asleep, but I woke up to her frantically eating my yarn. (she has NEVER anything like this before), I managed to get a bunch out of her mouth and thought she hadn’t yet swallowed any. But, when she later tried going to the bathroom, she seemed constipated then discovered that wasn’t the case. She managed to pass a decent amount out on her own very quickly, and I thought that was all. but an hour later she started throwing up yarn. She stopped, but there was still more stuck down her throat. We rushed Frankie to the vet, and immediate surgery is needed to save her as it has tangled in her stomach. I’ve never been so scared and ashamed in my life for letting this happen to my baby. She is absolutely everything to me, and seeing her like this absolutely kills me. Frankie has given me nothing but unconditional love, and been my best friend during my darkest times. We’ve gone thru so much together, and is the sole reason why I keep going everyday. I can’t let my baby suffer like this, I have no idea what to do, I simply cannot afford this at the moment. Frankie had such a rough life starting out, she was rescued from a Kill-Shelter in California. My goal was to give her the best life possible and I can’t stand to lose her to this. My family is absolutely devastated and are turning to every possible route to save Frankie. Please, if you are able to donate, absolutely anything will be deeply appreciated to save my bestfriend.
