Help Save Miss Lucy: Emergency Surgery Needed

Several days ago, my sister came home from her job as an elementary teacher with her two children. They noticed their sweet and loving dog, Miss Lucy acting differently than her bubbly self.

She didn't want to eat and she was very lethargic. Much to their dismay, Miss Lucy began vomiting several times a day and refused to eat. They began to get extremely worried for her life.

They took her to an emergency vet and the x-rays showed an object stuck in her intestines. The vet had to do emergency surgery on poor Miss Lucy. Otherwise, she would have lost her life. Surprisingly, they found a peach pit lodged between her large and small intestines.

They have hopes to raise the money to pay for Miss Lucy's operation. Even just a small amount will help alleviate the burden of debt owed at the Vet's office. They got Miss Lucy when she was only 10 weeks old and she has been a special member of their family for 2 years.

They love Miss Lucy with all their hearts and could not imagine a life without her. Their kids are hoping to run and play with her soon and they all miss their walks together. Please help with the after care costs and surgery of Miss Lucy. Thank you so much! On behalf of the Ontiveros Family.
