There comes a time when a person needs to swallow their pride and ask for help. That time has come for our family.
Over the last few years we have had some serious health, home repair, business setbacks, and vehicle challenges and have fallen behind in our mortgage. My husband was diagnosed with intestinal disease two years ago but he continues to work hard despite the nearly constant pain, discomfort, and fatigue it causes. We don’t live an extravagant lifestyle. We don’t travel. We don’t spend money wrecklessly. My husband works full time as a professional entertainer and speaker, and I work full time as a Special Education Educational Assistant with a little boy who is wheelchair bound. We have done all that we can to catch up but we just can’t seem to get on top of things. We are now at a crossroads.
We need to RAISE $9K VERY QUICKLY to keep our home. We have lived in our house for 16 years. We will be able to pay our house off in full in 7 years if we can come up with these funds now. Things are better now. We earn enough to pay our monthly bills but we can’t catch up on our mortgage by the deadline we are facing. We need to have the cash in hand by January 30th. We will continue to work at earning and raising as much as possible on our own but we can’t wait any longer to ask for help.
We are humbly pleading for your help. We know that everyone works hard for their money and it's hard to ask but if our friends, family, and kind strangers will donate even $15- $20 each we can save our house. Anonymous donations gratefully accepted too. Please consider helping us!
