Please Help Save Yossef Chaïm (Serge) 's Life

My dear childhood friend Yossef Chaïm (Serge) Abitbol was diagnosed with liver failure in Israel. Sadly, his health has declined rapidly, and currently, he is awaiting a liver transplant. Serge has been unable to work for eight months and needs help to support his daughter and wife. He is in a dire financial situation.

Serge and I grew up together in Annecy, France. Serge made Aliyah in Israel 35 years ago and studied at the Great Yeshiva Lubavitch in Safed (Tzfat ) led by Rav Wilicanski. Serge is a Torah scribe, and he teaches all the French students at his Yeshiva. His handwritten Sefer Torahs are in synagogues all over the world.

Serge and his four siblings grew up with my siblings and me; we were among the only Jewish children in our community. He is very important to me, and I want to do anything I can to help him in this terrible time.
