Please help Scott & Lori finally get married

Hello, I’m Lisa Jaworski and I’m fundraising to help my Sister Lori and her Fiancé Scott who is on disability due to having his hand torn off at a work accident. They want to get married after being apart for 45 years This is a true and beautiful love story. I hope you’ll read it and give them a little help so they can finally have a nicer wedding.

Here’s the love story.

My Sister Lori and her Fiancé Scott were inseparable sweethearts during middle school. Soon after middle school him and his parents moved far away. Sadly, they had to separate and never saw each other again.

But even through all that life had thrown at them, neither of them ever forgot about the other.

45 years later and after much searching he tracked her down. With her newly found number in his hand, he somehow got the nerve up to call her. All he could think of as he dialed was “Please don’t be married or be attached.”

At this point, Scott lived clear across the country in New Jersey and Lori had remained in the Denver area. When she answered, she was shocked to hear his voice on the the other end. As if no time had passed, soon they were talking multiple times a day. Weeks and then months flew by until they decided it was time to meet in person. He had warned her months prior that 45 years and a horrible industrial accident had drastically changed him. She had warned him that firstly, none of that mattered and secondly, through all her hardships, she too had changed and wasn’t the slim teen with bright red hair he remembered. None of that mattered. They had found each other.

She flew to New Jersey and he immediately packed his belongings and moved back to Colorado to be with her.

Both close to 60 years old, they’ve found true love.

My family knows he’s a wonderful man and absolutely perfect for her. We’re thrilled they are to be married and get to spend the rest of their lives together. Things have been very tight for both of them.

Having such a tight budget for their wedding, my Husband and I have offered our house and backyard for the wedding. We’re going to do our best to make the wedding, which is in July, as special as we can. We’re doing as much DIY as possible, but some some things we just can’t do ourselves.

We want to see these two have a nicer wedding then we or them can afford. I’m just asking for a little help for them.
