Please help Sophia Godoy, beautiful happy baby!

My dear friend has a little girl, Sophia, who became very sick. Over night she went from a vibrant, happy, full of life child to a child who can't walk, stand without falling, and in pain. She's currently in a hospital enduring test after test. Anything can help, she will surely need physical therapy and plenty of assistance to walk, run and be the active full of life child she once was. Please help this beautiful angel, her family is the most loyal and loving people I know!
