Please Help Support Lakita Moore and Family

Hi my name is Monika Moore I am the sister of Lakita Moore. I am asking for help to support my sister as she fight her battle with covid-19 and pneumonia. Lakita was admitted to the hospital on July 28th, 2021 where she is currently in ICU. Lakita entered the hospital with progressive symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chills, uncontrollable cough, weakness, and verbally expressing that she felt like she was dying. 

Lakita is 35 years old with a 14 year old amazing son that adores his mother. At this time it has been extremely difficult for him during this tragic abrupt life changing experience. We are asking for any and all support as doctor bills have already began to pile up due to the extensive amount of treatment regiments attempted by the medical staff at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte N.C.

The aftermath of the virus has caused a massive decline to her main organs such as her kidneys, liver, blood pressure (needing blood infusions), and to her overall respiratory functioning.

This Disease has caused so much unforeseen hard hardship for Lakita, her son, and our family as a whole we are trusting God for a miracle as we proclaim total healing of her body!! This journey has been so difficult not being able to see her in person for weeks. However, we were able to see her a few days ago and learned on last night that the hospital will be going back to 1 visitor a day to possibly no visits due to the number of covid 19 cases rising.

Partaking on this platform for this reason is something that I never imagined having to do however, I have to be her voice while she can't be that for herself at this time.

I am thankful in advance for each and every person who will find in their hearts to help support my sister.
