Support Our Family's Urgent Plumbing Repairs

Hi friends, it's hard to ask, but we need help. We had a pipe burst 4 weeks ago. It affected our entire living area, which is quite small, but where the family gathers.

Our homeowners is covering the water remediation and the repairs of the damage, but they're not paying for the plumbing costs at all. We need to get more plumbing work done to ensure this doesn't happen again, because I'm told it's just a matter of time. With the holidays coming, we are not prepared for the $2800 needed for our deductible and plumbing costs. Right now we have only half walls without insulation and the carpet is ripped off exposing the slab. It's cold downstairs and we can't spend time there. We cook in the kitchen, then bring food upstairs because there's nowhere to sit. Even the pets are miserable. Everything is a mess, and I'd love to be able to have Christmas and put up the tree. But I need to pay the plumber 50% upfront and he needs access to the pipes. Our contractor won't start repairs until the plumbing is done. I need walls and flooring!
