Please help support our friend JD Dawson

Please help raise funds for medical bills for James Douglas Dawson, affectionately known as “JD.”

JD is a loving father, husband, businessman, musician, veteran, story teller, and dear friend to many of us in the community. While in the Army, he was stationed in Okinawa Japan and served in Vietnam in 1967. For the past 34 years he has owned and operated Winchester Interior Design in Winchester, VA. Over the years JD has been involved in countless benefits and fundraisers to help others in the community.

JD was diagnosed with stage 4 COPD several years ago and has been undergoing treatment at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Martinsburg WV. Last Fall JD had to undergo an emergency surgery resulting from complications due to a severe colon infection. His situation was touch-and-go for many months and he has been back and forth to the hospital ever since. JD is currently building back his strength to undergo colostomy reversal surgery at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Baltimore MD. Please support JD and his family by contributing towards the astronomical medical bills and expenses incurred throughout his treatment.
