Please Help Tammy Kennedy with Medical Bills

I'm Anna Bills Cooper Noe. I've been friends with Tammy Wright Kennedy since we were 14 year old sophmore's at Huntington East High School in Huntington, WV. Personally, Tammy has been my "touchstone" since we graduated in 1980. We both started at Marshall but then went our own ways. She was always there for me anytime I needed to talk, no matter where in the world we were, we still stayed in touch. We were there for each other when we lost our parents, birth of our children and the end of my first marriage. Tammy has ALWAYS been there for me because that's who Tammy is. She has always been selfless towards others, NEVER putting herself first, especially with her family. I'm sure everyone reading this has their own story of how Tammy has been a friend to them.

Speaking of Tammy's family, she has a wonderful, loving family. Her husband Jeff swept Tammy off her feet when she wasn't really looking for a relationship. But in walked this tall, handsome, mullett-wearing man and he had her heart from then on. Anyone who knows Tammy knows she LOVES children! After suffering numerous miscarriages, she and Jeff had given up on having children when Tammy found herself pregnant with their miracle child, Tucker! Tucker has been his mom's pride and joy from the day he was born! In fact, Tucker was at the Firehouse when he heard the emergency call come through concerning a heart attack on Mount Union Road. That was HIS MOM! Tucker beat the ambulance to the hospital!

Tammy actually lives between her Aunts, in the same house that had been her grandma's where she used to visit as a child!! Aunt Lou and Uncle Jerry on one side, Aunt Jo and Uncle Eddie on the other. Her brother Terry is her "little" brother that she loves more than he knows.

Sometimes I jokingly say that Tammy is either related to or knows 1/2 of Cabell County and 1/2 of Wayne County.

Now our Tammy and her family need our help! As many of you know, Tammy went into the hospital after having a "mild heart attack". While there, she had a couple of diagnostic procedures done discovering she would need to have triple bypass surgery. On Monday, November 1, 2021, Tammy went into surgery. The doctors found that Tammy actually needed quintuple bypass surgery. They also found and corrected an aneurysm that, had they not found it, could've killed Tammy. But, because God has been receiving so many prayers for Tammy, He guided the surgeons today and helped them discover the things that had been missed so they could be corrected.

Looking ahead, Tammy and her family are going to be receiving the bills from this life-changing surgery. We are hoping to raise at least $30,000 for Tammy's hospital stay, physical therapy and medications.
