Please help Tanya with her transplant

Hello my name is Tanya Kirkpatrick and I was born with kidney failure. The type of kidney failure is called MPGN Type One aka chronic inflammatory disease of the kidney. I am requesting funds for multiple reasons.

Reason 1) When I receive the transplant i will need to stay close to hospital for weekly follow up visits aka housing

Reason 2) Any and all supplies needed for dialysis. for example: cleaning supplies, bandages, storage for item's needed for dialysis, etc.

Reason 3) For transportation to and from visits and to and from dialysis treatments, training, etc.

Reason 4) The last reason is because there will be a period where I am not able to work and provide for myself so I would like some funds to help with any needed bill when I'm unable to work.

Any and all funds received now and until I receive a transplant for my transplant are very much appreciated and welcomed.
