Please help Tashaud Nelson and his family

As you may know, Tashaud Nelson was in a very serious ATV accident in Brainerd, MN YOU on November 25, 2021. He had to be airlifted to the hospital and was in critical condition. It was a miracle that Tashaud survived the accident, but unfortunately his girlfriend did not, which was completely devastating.

Tashaud has had to have multiple surgeries and procedures to try to stop the infections in his body from spreading. He has had to have stents put in his lungs and kidneys, and now possibly his liver as well. Keeping his fever down and managing the pain has been a challenge. Natalie spends her days with Tashaud to try to keep him peaceful but has to travel home each night due to covid restrictions. The exact amount of surgeries T will need to have is unknown, as well as the time he will spend in the hospital. They are certain he will need in patient physical therapy, among many other things. The road to recovery will be very long, but we all know that Tashaud is a fighter and never, ever does he give up. He has touched many lives in our community. His family, friends and coaches all love Tashaud whole heartedly and know he would do anything for anyone. It’s our turn to band together and help ease some of the financial burden this tragic accident has brought on. Medical bills and extended time off work is piling up quickly and it would be amazing if we can help take some of the load off or Natalie and her family. Please continue to pray for them as they have a very long journey ahead of them.
