Please help tell Angela Parks Good bye

This is my sister Angela Parks. Unfortunately yesterday we found that Ang had passed in her apartment. She lived at Crawford Apartments here in Bloomington. She was unable to obtain any kind of insurance for herself. Her Daughter and Son as well as myself and our other sister Kay Gardner would like to at least give her some sort of last farwell. But unfortunately, funds are very limited. So I am hoping that we can find some sort of assistance in giving us a chance to tell the person we loved so very much one final goodbye.
