Please help the animals stay at Misfit Farm

Hi again, Misfit Farm friends. We are once again asking for your help. We understand times are tough right now for so many still dealing with the after-effects of the pandemic. We are one of them. The income coming into the farm has drastically changed, to the tune of $600 LESS a week. We have tried our best to re-budget our money, cut more stuff out of our human needs list, and still try to keep the animals' lives as close to what they are used to as possible. It hasn't been easy.

The animals' needs always come first, as they should. But we've run out of human luxuries to cut. As ridiculous as this sounds to some, we just went 3 days with no toilet paper. Yes of course we had tissues and McDonald's napkins lol, but this is just a small example of how tight our budget is. Muck boots, a very important necessity, when you spend half your day in the mud has been put on the back burner since I broke my ankle. Seems minor, unless you're the guy with wrinkled prune feet all day. I'm not asking anyone to take care of our human needs, Just the animals. We cashed in change today. Just an example again of how close we are to losing everything.

We are praying that no emergency vet bill comes along. The normal vet bills are one thing; we have time to plan those in. Animal needs include wood, fencing, medical, food, minerals, vitamins, salt grain, hay at 8 to 10 bales a DAY. We are hoping to move the cows back to pasture, but need electric fence for their own safety becuase they've gotten out a few times, and it could have had a very bad outcome. Again, we are trying our hardest to keep most of the animals here, where they feel safe and have routine. If anyone wants to help, we absolutely would be so grateful. And if not, that's ok too, but maybe you could share. Just please remember it's never easy asking for help, so please be kind. Thank you all.
