Please Help the Bidorini Family

My family needs help. The picture above is The Bidorini family, my uncle Michael, aunt Susan, and cousin Samantha. Throughout the last few years, they have struggled with the impact of the pandemic and multiple health issues. In May, my aunt Susan, at the age of 52, suffered a major heart incident. She has spent the last nine months in the hospital, which has impacted the family’s financial situation-without her income, they are struggling to keep the power on and pay their rent. However, the family is about to face much worse as Susan’s health is rapidly declining.

It has been a very long road for the Bidorini family. Bad luck after bad luck, it's been almost impossible for them to catch a break. It started in August of 2019 when Michael had a heart attack and was put out of work. Everyone in the house worked together to try and keep everything going. Susan and Samantha were both working to put as much money towards every day bills, housing, and the now large medical bills.

Then during the pandemic, they were told they needed to move out of their house as soon as possible because the landlord decided he was selling the house. Michael was still out of work and Susan and Samantha were juggling college and working trying to make ends meet. They downsized their life into a much smaller apartment, and things started to look up a little. Then Susan suffered a major heart incident. She required immediate open heart surgery, which she survived, but she has since suffered from multiple infections and limited mobility. She has been back and forth between the hospital and a rehab facility since May of 2022. She has not been able to come home to her family in all that time, which has been heartbreaking for her.

With Susan in the hospital and Michael still struggling with his own health concerns that limit his employment, they have continued to struggle to keep their heads above water with bills and rent. Both Samantha and Michael are working and trying to see their mother and wife as much as possible at the hospital. These last nine months have placed a major strain on their financial and emotional well being.

Sadly, the family received news last week that Susan’s body is not strong enough to recover from her latest infection. She is 52 years old, and her family is in the process of preparing for the worst. Her family is struggling to process this, to grieve this impending loss, and to still attempt to work in order to pay their bills. The rent is behind, and they've been doing what they can to keep the power on, so while they're dealing with heartbreak of this loss, they're also struggling to handle just getting by.

They don't tend to ask for help when they need it the most, so I'm asking for them. Please if you can donate anything to help this struggling family, it would be hugely appreciated.
