Please Help The Carrillo Family Lay Jose To Rest

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of my dear brother's passing, Jose Carrillo Jr. aka Lips. He passed away on 08/13/2024 following complications from breathing issues and high potassium levels. We called 911 so they could give him better care that was needed on the afternoon of the 13th. They took him to the ER in Visalia, CA where he kept having breathing issues that ultimately caused him to have a heart attack. The doctors and nurses did everything in their power to resuscitate him for an hour but he wouldn’t respond to anything. He was declared dead at 3:12pm. Jose had a social butterfly and go get them personality. He was a father to Josephine. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Details about his services will be on here and if there’s any questions just reach out. I ask from the bottom of my heart if you are able to help us give him a proper service like he always wanted.
