Please help the family of Maleek John

Maleek Eyon John. A son. A brother. A star. Born on September 22, 2007, Maleek came into this world despite all odds set before him. As a junior in high school, Maleek’s wittiness, respectfulness, hard work and full-on charm made him such an amazing person to be around. Destined to become a renown engineer, Maleek took up an interest in Locomotive Engineering. His pastimes were spent enjoying basketball as well as expressing himself through his creativity with his paintings and drawings. On October 3, 2023, tragedy struck our family as his story was brought to an unfortunate closure. One of life’s greatest was taken from us as well as the massive amount of potential he carried. Although only 16, Maleek left a void in this world that we will never be able to replace. We come to you for support in such times. Due to the suddenness of this tragedy, we are currently having trouble covering the expenses needed to send him off properly, in respect to the life that he lived. We ask you to assist us in any way possible as we try to work to move forward from these dark times. All of the proceeds from this fundraiser will be utilized to support his parents Karen and Orin John in Maleek’s funeral expenses.
