Please Help the Family of Virgil "Curt" Darnell

On September 11, 2023, at 1:55 am, Virgil (Curt) Darnell left this world with his wife of 29 years and good family friend at his side.
After surviving multiple brain tumors and operations, epilepsy, diabetes, weight loss surgery, a heart stent and pacemaker, Curt was diagnosed with cancer.
A biopsy was done and revealed stage 4 prostate cancer that had already spread to his bones with the worst being in his neck and spine. It had also spread to his lymph nodes and lungs. After a fall at home in June, Curt was hospitalized again, unable to move from the neck down, and he never got to return to his home, his family, his furbabies.
Curt's social security check was the main source of income for the family. Until or even if, the family is able to find increased government help (Andi draws a very meager disability check), this low income disabled family will need help ASAP.
Curt's wife Andi and stepdaughter Freddie, as well as the furbabies, desperately need immediate financial help to cover costs of the funeral, hospital bills, as well as basic necessities such as utilities, gas, furbaby supplies and food.
The cancer diagnosis was a shock. The hospital stays were heartbreaking. The sudden lack of financial security is terrifying.
Any and all help is appreciated beyond words.
