Please Help The Grear Family

January 14th 2018 is a day that rocked the Grear household and turned it into something that will never be the same. That morning our Father, Scott, was diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer. Since being diagnosed Scott has spent most of his time in the hospital receiving treatments and has had to leave his job.

Like all Fathers our Father has wanted nothing but the best for our family since the day he married our Mother Kathy. Since being diagnosed bills have been piling up for our mortgage, real estate taxes, homeowners, oil heat, electric, and other household bills. Everything has been going into treatments to get our Father well again. My mother works from 6am-5pm weekdays, and is considered part time still without pay in the summer, driving a school bus for Maple Shade School District and cannot take on a second job. When she is not at work she is at the hospital with my Father or helping him at home with things he is now too weak to do. I myself am in my last semester at Rutgers University taking 5 classes and working on campus. When I am not on campus I am at my family’s side trying to help the best I can with what I can. My brother is also working full time and helping with my father but with all of us the bills are not being met.

My family is a very proud and humble family that would never ordinarily ask for help in such a way but this is no ordinary circumstance for my family.
