Please Help the Medeiros Ohana

Hello,
I'm Trinity Iwankiw and I'm fundraising on behalf of my family of 16, spanning 4 generations across 4 households, all drastically impacted by the fires that decimated Lahaina, Maui, HI.
My grandparents (Tim and Ursula Medeiros), parents (Timmy and Vanessa Medeiros), uncle (Vernon Medeiros), sister and brother-in-law (Teressa and Bertrand Noury, with children Tayden, Teani, AilaniRose, and AloraLove), and brother and sister-in-law (Teva and Amber Medeiros, with children Layton, AriaLei, and Teuira) lost absolutely everything during August 8th-9th’s wildfires.
On August 8th, around 3 pm HT, a wildfire ignited just northeast of Lahaina. Driven by Hurricane Dora-fueled trade winds exceeding 70 mph, the flames quickly overpowered local first responders. Within 90 minutes, the fire had torn through the town, leaving utter and absolute destruction in its wake. By the morning of August 9th, it became painfully clear that the historic town – roughly 10 square miles – had been reduced to ashes.
The flames didn't just take homes; they devoured precious memories and lives, leaving us in a profound state of shock and loss – the death toll will be in the hundreds and property damage in the billions. The support from the wider Maui community and neighboring islands has been heartening, yet reaching those in dire need has proven to be a challenge.
The road to rebuilding stretches ahead for years, possibly decades, and Lahaina and its people will never be the same. While government aid will eventually come, our immediate goal is to channel urgently needed funds and resources to our family.
My husband, Mike, and I are humbly and sincerely seeking your support for our Lahaina 'Ohana. Every contribution brings us a step closer to healing and restoration. Any contributions surpassing our ohana’s immediate needs will be shared with our fellow members of the tight-knit Lahaina community.
