Please help the Semler Family

Hello. We are the Semler family, and we have had one hit after another, and we are needing some help to get through. Between a sick child, moving costs, medical bills, and our house flooding, our savings is now depleted. Unfortunately, our only car just died and needs a new transmission, but after scraping up our limited resources, we have a deficit. We are still recovering from medical bills, and I can't afford my own medical treatments or car repairs right now. We just keep hitting roadblocks and are feeling incredibly discouraged and afraid. We don't have family in the area, and our jobs haven't been able to help us.
