Please help this little kitten it needs surgery.

Hello my name is Amy,

I’m asking for help, today I found this little kitten about 12weeks old laying in the middle of the street on Leigh ave before Hamilton. The kitten had been hit by a car. I noticed it was still alive, quickly parked my car ran out to help the cat. She quickly limped away and hid underneath a school bus. Luckily the bus driver (Laura) is a cat lady too. She helped me rescue this poor kitty. I Immediately rushed the kitten to the vet. My vet was amazing they dealt with a sobbing hot mess (me) covered in blood because this little kitten bit me several times. They Let me use their bathroom to wash my hands and give me Band-Aids for my wounds. They also took x-rays and made sure the kitten was OK too, the x-rays revealed she has a broken back leg, (A mid-diaphyseal )the cat will need surgery. The vet specialist estimate it will cost about 7K. I want to try to give this poor kitty the best quality of life she’s already lost one life hopefully the next 8 will be amazing.
