Please help Thor in a time of need.

Hello, My name is Cesar and i’m asking for help for my papa Thor. He is 1 1/2 year old Cane Corso and German Shepherd mix. Thor has a rare condition the requires a complex surgery. He has a Sublingual Mucocele . Which is a cyst containing saliva from a damaged salivary gland. The surgery he needs requires the cyst to be drained and for his damaged salivary gland to be removed.
